How long does printing take?
Standard delivery is 5-7 working days from artwork approval. Express (2-3 days) and Rush (24 hours) options are available on most products at checkout.
What file formats can I upload?
PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, SVG, PNG and JPG. We automatically check resolution, file size, bleed, colour mode and fonts the moment you upload.
I don't have artwork — can you design it for me?
Yes. Choose "Get a design done for me" on any product, pick a Basic, Standard or Premium package, and our design team will create it for you.
Can my company get invoiced instead of paying upfront?
Yes — set up a company account and your Admin can switch billing terms to Net 30 or Net 60 from the Company dashboard.
How do I track my order?
Every order has a live production timeline from your dashboard — Received, Payment Confirmed, Artwork Approved, Design, Printing, Finishing, Quality Check, Ready, and Delivery.
